Bomb Blitz on the web, the desktop app, iPhone, iPad and Android

You can delete your Bomb Blitz account yourself at any time, from any device you play on. Deleting is permanent and takes effect straight away.

How to delete it in the game

1. Sign in to Bomb Blitz on bombblitz.com or in the app.
2. Open ⚙ Settings and choose the Account tab.
3. Press Delete account.
4. Confirm with your password. If you only sign in with Discord, type your username instead.

You'll need to finish any match first, leave any poker table, finish a blackjack round, and wait for any auction you're selling in or leading to end.

Can't sign in?

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and tell us your username. We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account: username, email, password hash, linked Discord ID and avatar.
• Your progress: level, XP, rating, stats, coins, cash, items, skins, crates, rewards and daily progress.
• Your friends list and friend requests.
• Your global chat messages, private messages and chat reactions.
• Your blackjack history, auction listings and bids.
• Every signed-in session on every device.

What we keep

• Purchase records (transaction ID, item, amount, checkout email and country) for up to 7 years, because tax and anti-fraud rules require it. Purchases can't be restored or refunded once the account is gone.
• Other players' match history still shows the matches you played in, but your name is replaced with "Deleted player".
• Moderation records, such as past bans or mutes, without your username, to keep the game safe.
• Automatic game announcements that mention your username fade out of chat history within 30 days.
